The musical crew dismissed Dave's claims as he said that the band owed him £10m in commission for his work connecting with Coldplay's not-yet-delivered tenth and eleventh studio collections.

In the court records obtained by The Times, it is referenced that Dave owned a large number of dollars underwater to Live Country (the American amusement organization that advances the band's visits).

"That would possibly or really struggle with his commitments to get most ideal terms for [Coldplay]," read the band's claim.

It added, "$ 30m credit was utilized to subsidize a property improvement adventure in Canada to the best of [our] information."

In addition, Coldplay guaranteed Dave "bombed enough to oversee and control the spending plan of the 165-stop visit, with the band compelled to take care of expenses for costly or eventually unusable hardware".

In the meantime, the band added Dave won't ever open "a common Dropbox containing work of art for the visit whenever between August 2020 and February 2022".

Dave's rep told The Autonomous, "Coldplay realizes they are in a tough situation with their guard. Blaming Dave Holmes for non-existent moral slips and other made-up offenses won't divert from the current main problem - Coldplay had an agreement with Dave, they are declining to respect it and they need to pay Dave what they owe him."
