King Charles nephew Peter Phillips seen dating new girlfriend

 On Sunday, Ruler Charles III's nephew Peter Phillips was discovered on camera, clasping hands with his detailed new sweetheart Harriet Sperling at the Badminton Pony Preliminaries in Gloucestershire.
